With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Starr Crawford has built her career entirely in the Augusta and CSRA area — and she wouldn't have it any other way. Her deep roots in the community have shaped the way she works: with genuine care, a personal touch, and relationships that go far beyond a single transaction. Whether she's working with a first-time landlord or a long-time client, Starr takes the time to truly know the people she serves. After three decades as a licensed agent, she took the next step and earned her broker's license — not for the title, but to better equip herself to serve her clients at the highest level. When she's not managing properties or helping clients navigate the market, you'll find Starr out on Clarks Hill Lake with her two beloved corgis, soaking up everything the Georgia outdoors has to offer.
Adam Barinowski
Licensed Agent & Property Manager
Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, Adam brings a lifelong connection to the CSRA and a genuine passion for the community he calls home. Though newer to the real estate industry, his sharp attention to detail and commitment to clear communication ensure every transaction moves as smoothly as possible — giving landlords one less thing to worry about. Adam takes pride in knowing these neighborhoods inside and out, and he applies that local knowledge to every property he manages. When he's not working, you'll find him outdoors — whether that's hunting or fishing somewhere in the Georgia backcountry.

Our office is in Grovetown, Georgia, and we currently serve the full CSRA area — including Augusta, Evans, Martinez, and surrounding communities. We are licensed in Georgia and soon to be licensed in South Carolina, with plans to expand our service area to include North Augusta, Aiken, and beyond.
